Who was B.F. Skinner?

Burrhus Frederic Skinner was an American psychologist.  He is famous 
for creating a school of psychological thought called "Radical 
Behaviorism", with roots in Mach, Watson and Pavlov.  He was born in 
1904 and died in 1990.  He has two daughters, Julie Vargas and Deborah 
Buzan.
