Before you choose a service provider make a checklist of the following
questions

How many years has it been operational?
What is its financial situation?
What is the quality of the service provided?
Are there any hidden costs from maintenance, training and transition?
What is the data privacy policy of the company?
Does the company offer any business continuity and disaster mitigation
plans?
What do the referrals of the company have to say?
Is the company compliant with statutory laws?
