Of course you can. This process becomes essential in case of web pages
dealing with financial transactions and password protected areas so as
to ensure that no else gets access to crucial information by moving back
the browsing track.
The response object has something called the Expires property, which can
instruct the browser to retain the web page in cache for a preset amount
of time.
